Hi John.
Within CartonCloud, you cannot delete customers, but you can either "Deactivate" or "Merge" them.
Merging them combines two customers into one, this is useful if you never want to see the customer again and want everything associated with the merged customer to become part of the new customer.
Alternatively, you can "Deactivate" customers, which basically just hides them everywhere, but still makes them available for historical purposes.
