CartonCloud is not charged based on the number of users, however the TMS pricing does have a component based on the number of drivers.
It charges for two different things:
- Weekly license fees (plus any paid add-ons), and
- Training / Custom Development / Phone Support (when going over plan inclusions).

CartonCloud charging is volume-dependent and also based on the number of active drivers.
If volumes are low, you'll be charged the minimum amount. As you add more jobs/drivers, the price will change accordingly.
