Check in the Organisation settings to make sure that you haven’t disabled all outgoing email (this is often set when first setting up CartonCloud warehouse management systems so that you don’t send out unnecessary emails.
Go to:
· More drop down menu
· Organisation Settings
· Scroll down to “Disable All Outgoing Email” (useful when testing”
· Check that this is set to “No”
