In CartonCloud warehouse management system, Storage Charges are built using information from:
Product data Customer Charge data
Product - What Product Type is set? (Go to Warehouse Menu, Products, Search for Product). You will find this on the Details page - What Storage Charge Method is set? (Go to Warehouse Menu, Products, Search for Product). You will find this on the Details page
These two settings need to have an equivalent Storage Charge combination set up for the system to charge (ie, Product Type “General”, Storage Charge Method “Per Location”
Charge Card - Go to More menu, Customer Charges, select customer to review - Storage Charge Tab – The Product Type and Storage Charge method need to be set up for the combination used in the Product
The quickest way to check that you have all products set up correctly is to run and export the “Product Listing” from CartonCloud.
Go to:
1. Warehouse drop down Menu 2. Products 3. More dropdown menu 4. Export Products
