In CartonCloud, there are two types of template formats that you work with, PDF and Excel.
For most documents, these are in the default setting of PDF format and can easily be modified by downloading the file, making changes and updating.
There are two documents however, that are set to the default setting of EXCEL and in that format, you are unable to make any changed. These are the:
Sales Order Packing List
If you want to modify these two documents, you need to change the setting to “Default PDF Format”. This is done in the Organisation Settings:
1. MORE drop down menu
2. Organisation Settings
3. TRANSPORT TAB – Run Sheet Configuration
4. WAREHOUSE TAB – Sale Orders Configuration
These need to be set as “Default PDF Format”
Once you have updated the default format to PDF, you can then go ahead and upload the modified template.
