In CartonCloud, you can automatically email a POD file to a customer once it has been produced at the delivery point.
You can set this up whenever you are “adding” a new email address to a customer’s account or modify the emails in the same way by “editing”
Go to:
Contacts drop down menu Customers Select the customer you want to work with Edit Email tab Select existing email or Add New You then have the ability to select which notifications you want this email address to receive
For POD notifications, select “Proof of Delivery Notification”
