When orders are imported, the Product Code is used to match off which product the client is asking for. For this reason, product codes are required.
If your client doesn't have product codes, either they need to create them, or they need to use the Product Name as the Code and ensure the name never changes (or if it does, advise you so you can update CartonCloud!)
