There are several. The first to check is the Delivery Zone is linked to the correct Delivery Run.
If that's already setup, check that the Suburb / Postcode provided in the Consignment exactly matches your Delivery Zone (it's surprising how often people provide the wrong post-code, or mis-spell the suburb). Note that you can simply edit the Addresses postcode / suburb so they're correct for next time. Even if the job is imported via a parser, the corrected address will be used through the use of Address Strings.
