In CartonCloud there are two settings that determine when and how the Storage Charges are calculated in WMS:
1. Organisational Settings

At an organisational level, the Default Storage Days should be set to "1" as this is what drives the system to generate Storage Periods.
2. Customer Charges

It is at the Customer Charges level that you will be deciding how you wish to charge the Storage.
