Our customer has lost their username and password

One of our customers has lost their user name and password as their laptop died over the weekend.

How can I find their user name and password to send them?

You can easily check for the user name details and re-set passwords in CartonCloud by following this guide:

https://help.cartoncloud.com/display/CKB/Reset+User+Passwords

The users are always set up with an email address for the user name.
