1. Special instructions that get copied into the Consignments Special Instructions
These instructions are customer specific and may relate to how product is required to be delivered (no pallets, hand stack etc). They appear on the Consignment Notes. You can add or modify these addresses by searching for anything and typing "default instructions".
2. Address comments that appear against a delivery address in the mobile app.
These comments are visible only to the drivers and relate directly to any specific requirements for the physical address (gate codes, entry points, delivery times etc)
