This error message is a direct return from the MYOB system, which we have seen recently and is relating to the function that generates the invoice numbers.
MYOB have advised that this is a known issue in their system and they are currently working on a fix.
Basically MYOB thinks that the invoice number already exists in the system and this message is telling you that the record you are uploading doesn't match.
To workaround this issue, you can enable an option in the Organisational Settings to;
"Use CartonCloud's Invoice Number as MYOB's Invoice Number i.e. CC-{CartonCloud invoice number}"

MYOB have not been able to give us a timeframe as to when they are going to be able to resolve this issue.
