The issue with this invoice not being able to upload is due to an invalid account in Xero which is assigned to the CartonCloud Accounts:
The Banking Income is using an account code, which is not valid since it is a BANK account type.
For customer invoices, only Sales Account Types can be used.
To resolve the issue, you need to update the account connector settings within the Customer Settings and select a Sales Account Type to use.
