In CartonCloud there are two options for where you can upload Company Logo's:
Organisational Settings
Customer Settings
The Logo at the Organisational Level is the default logo that will be applied to all Document Templates that you create:
However, you also have a second option to load the Customer's Company Logo in the Customer Settings, which can then be applied to the templates:
In this instance, the original company logo has also been loaded against all the individual customers, so the system will first look at the customer settings for a logo, if there is none, it will use the Organisational Settings logo.
To fix this, you will just need to remove the logo's from the individual customer settings.
