This error message will occur if there is a poor Internet connection when you are working on the mobile app.
If it takes too long for the request to be sent or returned from the server (because there is no connection), this message will be displayed.
You can try switching the device over to an alternate connection (WiFi or the devices own mobile data) to see if this resolves the connection issue.
