The system will only generate a storage period if there is stock in the warehouse.

In this instance, if you have zero pallets in the warehouse, a storage period won't be created and the charges won't be applied.

If you need to apply this charge when there is no stock in the warehouse you have two options to do this:

You can manually create a storage period and add a storage period to an invoice. to capture the minimum charge
Add an Invoice total to the Invoice as a manual charge:
