This can happen if CartonCloud Connect is running multiple times on the one machine or is installed on multiple machines (see our guide for Troubleshooting Printing)

If you log directly into PrintNode using your CartonCloud Connect login details, this will show you a list of which computers are currently connected and using CartonCloud Connect:
