In CartonCloud, records will be automatically re-calculated and updated when they are added to the invoice (this is done as part of the system processing).
If you have manually changed the charges to a record and you want these to be kept, there is an option to "Mark Charges as Finalised" (this will also stop a charge error from being created). See Webinar - Charging and Invoices
In this instance, the Storage Period has already had the charges marked as "Finalised" which is preventing the system from re-calculating this.
The padlock next to the check box is the indicator that this record has been finalised and is now locked:
To resolve the issue, you can VIEW the Storage Period and under the "Charges" tab, click to "Un-finalize" the charges:
Once confirmed:
You can now recalculate and finalise your invoice:
