You can add this field in to the POD using the document templates process:
Here is the list of Document template placeholders for the consignment POD template.
You will be looking for the placeholders for the "Sale Order Product Fields", specifically, the SOP Custom Fields (purchase-order-products custom fields)
If this requirement for the Batch Codes to be displayed is only for the one customer, you can load this template against the customer settings.
You can also load this against the Organisation if you want this to be for ALL customer POD's (see details in the document templates)
