Wave picking / packing issue

We have come across an issue with the carton cloud app when trying to pick.

This has started the last few days. Usually the guys ‘pick’ an order and the status then goes to packing, however it goes from picking straight to being able to complete wave pick and the product vanishes from the tablet and the guys cannot pick the individual products per order?

In CartonCloud you can apply specific customer wave pick settings to suit your process.

The options are to Bulk Pick or you can split the process between "Pick and Pack".
