The charges for Storage can be managed through the Customer settings.
Specifically via the settings for when to deplete purchase order products.
If the order is set to deplete on "packed", then this will remove the storage for these items on Friday.
However, if you select to only deplete the stock once the order is "Dispatched", this will calculate storage for the weekend (this will be most important when you are calculating storage on a "daily charge"
If you are depleting stock when "dispatched", you will also need to review the setting for status updates where you have the ability to automatically update the Sale Order status to "Dispatched" when the corresponding Consignment leaves the warehouse (this applies for users in the WMS and TMS systems).
