This can be caused due to poor WiFi coverage within the warehouse or by drivers if using the app for delivering.
Working in the warehouse, if this is affecting all devices, this is likely the cause.
You can test this by switching off the WiFi for the device and using the cellular data. Once switched over you should be able to use all functions of the app as normal.
