The bill of materials creates a Sales Order adjustment record, which you can use to pick as per the standard process for packing a sale order.
Note; The SO adjustment won't be able to be invoiced, as it is an adjustment record. For any orders that are created using the Bill of Material Process, you can create a charge on the Invoice using the +Add Invoice Total option:
