System overrides Batch Selection in Sale Order

Our customer is manually entering their own orders.

They advised that they had an issue last week when selecting certain batch items then when the system went back to the main page it had selected different batch numbers.

Is this because we have their stock in as FIFO and ‘Strict Stock selection”

What if I changed their products to be “No” for strict stock, will that fix this?

There is a setting against the customer under Warehouse for the purchase order products (POP) settings.

This is what is causing the system to not keep their requested batch when selecting the stock.
