CartonCloud checks for new PODs in the system every 5 minutes. At the end of this check all PODs that were signed during that 5 minute period are generated (document templates converted to PDF files) and then sent out to the customer who is set up to receive the notification. The generation process generally takes anywhere from 1-5 minutes, depending on the quantity of PODs being sent.
Therefore in most cases, it will take between 1 to 10 minutes from the POD being signed to it being sent.
