This can be achieved by creating a unique Product Unit of Measure for this item, for example a unit of measure called "Kit". This then allows you to set up a specific handling charge for this unit of measure that will be applied to the Sale Order.
To set this up follow this process:
1. Create a new Product Unit of Measure for "Kit" 2. Assign this UOM to the product (or if you need to change the existing UOM to Kit. For instructions on how to do this, you can follow the guide on making changes to a products unit of measure 3. In the Rate Card, you can now add under the Handling Charges, a charge for the new UOM of "Kit"
This will now automatically apply the charge for each unit when ordered.
