When this occurs, best place to start is to check the history logging of the invoice record. This will show you the details of what happened when the system attempted to send the invoice data to Xero.
The logging in the history has an error message returned by Xero: Failed to Upload invoice to Xero - error: From XERO: Branding Theme with ID 1c71543b-932a-41ed-9352-882145010f41 doesn't exist
This error is advising you that the branding them you have set up for this customer in CartonCloud does not match the them set up in your Xero Account. To update this, you can go into the customer settings and "refresh the branding themes" from Xero.
