The issue here is that the Storage Periods are out of alignment with the invoice periods. You have the invoice set to generate weekly for this customer weekly on a Friday. The Storage Period is set to generate every Saturday. Where this becomes an issue is when there are no other records available to be invoiced (Sale Orders, Purchase Orders etrc). The system runs the invoice processor for the day of the invoice generation on a Friday, and if there are no records available, it will not generate an invoice record (this is to stop unnecessary records being created in the system). In this example, there were no Sale Order or Purchase Order records created for the invoice period and as the Storage Period was not set to generate until the next day, the system had nothing to invoice so the invoice records was not created. To fix this moving forward, you need to align the Invoice Period with the Storage Period (then if there are no SO/ PO records, the system will still generate a Storage Period and create an invoice for any stock that you have in the warehouse): We have a section in our KB on updating your Storage Start Date
