The issue here is due to the address being new and "unallocated" when first coming in to the system. So the system is unable to create these at the time the record is generated.
Once you have assigned the address string, you can now go in and view the address details to ensure that there is nothing that needs to be amended in the consignment (the same as the Delivery Run needing to be manually updated).
