Remove Consignment from Delivery Run

Can you please assist with cancelled consignments.

We cancelled the above consignment yesterday. It had already been allocated to a run and we didn't realise it wasn’t removed from the run allocated. How do we remove a consignment from a run when already allocated?

You can remove the consignment via the Run Sheet. Type " Run Sheets" in Search For Anything

Using the Filter options you can select Delivery Run, Driver, Date or search by the Run Sheet ID

Under the Consignments & Statistics tab you can then select the consignment and "Remove"
