The reason that you are seeing the charge error is because the system is looking to apply a rate for the handling, even though you may decide not to charge for this in your warehouse. In the instances where you do not want to apply the charge, you will still be required to create the handling charge in your Rate Card, but using $0.00 as the value for the rate. This will allow the system to match the inbound qty with a rate (applying this as zero) and then successfully charging the record. This can be set up using the "Text Field" which is a flat rate for the charge: Once you have added this charge to the Rate Card, you can then re-calculate the Purchase order and this will clear the error.
