The issue here is that the stock for this customer is on a PO that is not yet received into the warehouse fully, the status of the PO is "verified". Looking at the customer settings, the minimum status for PO products is set to "allocated". You can use the following steps to troubleshoot: 1. Check the parsing log for the error message in this case the message is advising that there is no stock available to meet the requested expiry date)
2. View the product in the warehouse (you can do this via the product page >stock tab . On the stock page, check the details of the PO (in this case you can see that the warehouse location has not yet been allocated) 3. Check the status of the purchase order (this purchase order is in status of "verified" 4. Check the customer settings for "Minimum Purchase Order Product Status" Once you have updated and received the purchase order fully you can then re-parse the file for the customer.
