The issue here is that you have 3 products set up as "Expiry Date" required.
The overall customer setting for expiry date is un-checked (not required), but there are also settings that can be applied at the product level for the expiry date options.
To check the products causing the issue, you can export the product file for the specific customer. Place the filters on the headings for the excel sheet and then filter on the Expiry Date heading to pull up those products that have this set to "Yes".
Now that you have identified the products, you can go ahead and update the settings to remove the "is required" option for the Expiry Date (if this is a singular product you can do this via the process for changing a single product, if there are multiple items, use the export/import process to update the settings)
