The issue here is that you have the file saved as an XLS file type, but the contents of the file uses the CSV parser type.
Parsers are built using a matching process, where the headings for the file are mapped to fields in CartonCloud and the filetype is specified.. To use the layout of the CSV (which is the contents you are using), you need to save the filetype as a CSV to be able to use the parser.

Also just to note, for the file that you have sent in, the customer reference field was empty. This is a required field and will need data to be entered otherwise the parser will fail when you attempt to use it.
Save your parser file as a .csv type, add the customer reference and you can then go ahead and parse the file into the system.
