Invoice Reports

On the invoice reports at the end of the week the dates shown for an order shipment for example, is shown as the date I entered the order into the system.

This date can be different from the actual date sent.

How do I make the report show the actual date instead so clients don’t become confused ?

Within the Customer Settings for the invoice, there is the option to determine which date you want the Sale Order and Purchase Order data to be shown.

The options are:

Sale Orders

Purchase Orders

Tags: CartonCloud, Invoice Features, Charging and Invoices
