You can set up another product UOM conversion for the product, which will be in the higher level of "packs".
So for example, you would create a PUOM for "Pack". From the product you can then add the PUOM conversion to add the Pack and the number of units that make a pack. Watch our Video and Guide in the Knowledge Base on how to set this up. If you have a large number of items to update, once you have created the new Product Unit of Measure you can use the export/import product process to update this in bulk.
