Using the option to "Add Warehouse Locations in Bulk" does not currently support alpha characters in the Level.
This can be done however, by editing the locations once created via the export / import process.
First step is to create the locations with a number for the level. Each level should represent the number for the character in the alphabet, for example A=1 and E=5.
You can use the process for Adding Warehouses in Bulk.
Once they have been created, export the warehouse locations file (see steps above in link to Adding Warehouses in Bulk).
Now you can update the warehouse name to include the alpha character, e.g 01 01 A
(HINT - a quick way to do this in bulk is to copy the level values to a new column in the excel spreadsheet.
Using "Find & Replace" for that column only, replace all of the 1 values for A, repeating until you have updated all A through to E.
Go back to the name field and use the text formula "Concat" to create the name with the Row, Bay fields AND the alpha value in the extra column you have created.
Once the name has been updated to the alpha level, remove the data in the extra column.
The file is now ready to import the newly named locations back into the system.
