Hello,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, you can not charge picking/packing by CBM directly through the ‘Handling Charges’ on the Rate Card, however, you can do so by using Adhoc Charges.
You will need to create the Adhoc Charge for Sale Orders, Purchase Orders and Consignments. This page on the Knowledge Base steps through how to create an Adhoc Charge - https://help.cartoncloud.com/x/XAWYHw.
You will then need to then enter the CBM against the charge on the order within the ‘Charges tab’ on the web app or when prompted to do so on the mobile app.
